W&C Wynn

Historical note : Richard Timmins & Sons of Birmingham were established in 1770. They were one of the oldest hand tool manufacturers in England. They eventually merged with W&C Wynn, also of Birmingham, to become Wynn Timmins Ltd, famous manufacturers of pliers and allied hand tools.
